How to Request a Refund
We offer refunds on eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. To request a refund:
- Ensure your item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Contact us at info@lunavitalife.com to receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back at your own expense using a trackable service (recommended).
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons, including:
- Opened or used anti-snoring mouth tape, nose bands, earplugs, and eye masks.
- Any product returned damaged or incomplete due to customer handling.
- Orders returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@lunavitalife.com with:
- Clear photos of the item, shipping label, and packaging.
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
