Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used anti-snoring mouth tape, nose bands, earplugs, and eye masks cannot be returned.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@lunavitalife.com with your order details and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Opened or used hygiene-related products (e.g., anti-snoring mouth tape, nose bands, earplugs, eye masks).
- Items that are damaged or missing parts due to customer handling.
- Any return requested after 30 days from delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@lunavitalife.com with:
- Clear photos of the damaged item, shipping label, and packaging.
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returning a Gift
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit once the return is processed. If the gift was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to them.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If returning an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
